This article will guide you through the process of logging back into the Learner Portal if you are struggling.

Step 1: Go to https://portal.uctonlinehighschool.com/uct and click on ‘LOGIN’ under the Enrolled Learners section.

Step 2: Select your UCT Online High School profile linked to your school email address (e.g. slgkn001@valentureonline.com).

Step 2.1: If you are not signed in to your UCT Online High School profile, select your school account and then type the password that you were given in your welcome email. If you have forgotten your password, please reach out to the Tech Support team by emailing techsupport@uctohs.valentureonline.com.

OR

Step 2.2: If you are not logged in to your UCT Online High School profile, select ‘Use another account’, insert your UCT Online High School profile school email address (e.g. slgkn001@valentureonline.com) and then type the password.

Once you have followed the steps outlined above, you should be able to log in to the Learner Portal without any issues.
