You can locate all of your invoices on the Guardian Portal or via email. Please see more below:
Guardian Portal
To find your invoices on the Guardian Portal follow these steps:
Step 1: After logging in to the Guardian Portal, click on ‘My Account’.
Step 2: Scroll down to the ‘Billing Details’ section. This is where you will find ‘Invoice history’.
Step 3: To access and download an invoice, click on the download (arrow) symbol in the last column of the table.
Invoices are sent out in advance on the second day (2nd) of every month. You will receive these emails from our finance@valentureinstitute.com email address. Please ensure that you check your spam folder, as they may end up there.
