This article explains the necessary steps required to clear your browser cache.

Clearing your browser cache is useful if you are receiving error messages when trying to log into Online Campus.

Instructions

Step 1: Open up your Google Chrome browser.

Step 2: On the top right corner of your screen you will see three dots. Click on them.

Step 3: A drop-down menu will appear and you will scroll down to Settings.

Step 4: Once your Settings are open, type “cache” into the search bar. Once this is done, click on the “Clear browsing data” tab.

Step 5: Once this tab is open, make sure to do the following:

  • Set the time range to 7 days.

  • Only tick the “Cookies and other site data” block as well as the “Cached images and files” block.

  • Click on "Clear data".

Outcome

By following the steps above, you will clear your cache your browser cache and potentially fix certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites (e.g. the Online Campus).
