If a learner is suspended from participation due to non-payment, they will not be permitted to access the UCT Online High School Online Campus and will therefore not be able to participate in Live Sessions or access their learning content.

The fee payer will be informed about the suspension and will also be given a period within which to rectify non-payment. Learners’ access will be restored once the outstanding payment(s) have been made.

For more information, please refer to the ‘Suspension and withdrawal for non-payment' section in the Fees Handbook, which you can access on our website here under the relevant curriculum’s section.
